HVH is hosting a RFLX Combat Wrestling Seminar featuring John Clarke Saturday January 14th from 9:00AM – 3:00PM. This event will cover wrestling and striking strategies as it relates to reality based self defense and sport fighting. This event is open to the public.
RFLX Combat Wrestling is “The Missing Link” designed to bridge the gap between standing and ground fights. This event will cover striking to achieve the take down, clinch work/ dirty boxing, ground and pound with submissions and more! In the morning there will be a no Gi session and Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the afternoon session. Best of the best worlds!
John Clark is a 10 year S.W.A.T./Law Enforcement veteran, Olympic alternate wrestler, HaganaH Israeli Combatives Black Belt, Pro MMA Fighter and creator of the RFLX Combat Wrestling System.
