The name HaganaH does not only represent the power and uniqueness of the Israeli Combat Arts, it also signifies what our school is all about; We integrate in a very unique way the world’s most effective Martial Arts styles into a “Total Self-Defense” hybrid system. We link the elements of self-defense, striking , grappling and fitness; Integrating the energy of the workouts values with the character, discipline and confidence building your child needs to become a total package of success. Our Tiny Warriors program is designed for kids between the of ages 3 to 5 , Little Warriors program for the ages of 6 to 12 and HaganaH Teens program for ages 12 to 15.
