The HVH team traveled to Westchester, PA to Mc Cormicks Karate to train with HaganaH founder, Master Mike Lee Kanarek. The training included Battle-Ready Kickboxing and Advanced Knife defense tactics. It was a great day spent with our HaganaH family.
